Mad Goose
/ You Can't Sit Down
Columbia DB7124 - 1963

Night Train
/ The Keel Row
Columbia DB7200 - 1964

This quintet supplied the backing for singer Pat Wayne and comprised John Roberts (lead guitar), Dave Capaldi (sax), Mike Finch (sax), Mike Edwards (bass) and Brian Sharpe (drums).
They started out as The Deltas in 1957, then renamed themselves Pat Wayne and the Rockin' Jaymen in 1960 before finally settling with Pat Wayne & The Beachcombers.
Apart from a couple of records backing Pat Wayne, The Beachcombers only produced two 45s of their own on the Columbia label, both were sax-led rockers.
